MARCH 9th The Courier

A true-life spy thriller, this is the story of an unassuming British businessman Greville Wynne (Benedict Cumberbatch). At the behest of MI6 and a CIA operative he forms a covert, dangerous partnership with a Soviet Officer (Merab Ninidze) in order to help prevent a nuclear confrontation and defuse the Cuban Missile Crisis.

This is a damn good, explosively tense story that focuses on the friendship that develops between two men on opposite sides. And it is plainly wonderful.
